This one came out of our premixed cocktail line, which started with Steenstra's Old Fashioned and our Espresso Martini. A mojito was the obvious next request — it just needed a process that could hold up in a bottle.

We built it as a milk punch: rum, fresh mint and lime juice, milk-washed to smooth out the acidity and round the texture, then filtered clear. What's left has none of the milk in it anymore — just a pale, translucent, mint-green cocktail with the mint and lime still bright.

Pour it over ice and it's ready. No shaking, no muddling, no simple syrup to measure out.
