Ten years ago on March 17, 2016, we opened the doors to our first cocktail bar. What started as a small craft distillery with big ideas has grown into something we're genuinely proud of — and we want to celebrate that with the people who've been part of it.

We're also opening something special. This winter we emptied our oldest barrel of bourbon — laid down a decade ago and the first bourbon we ever made. After ten years in oak we got fourteen bottles. We're not selling them. Instead, we're pouring a taste for every guest at dinner, because that's the right way to share something like this.

Michigan cherries, fermented and double-distilled into something light, floral, and more potent than it looks. Our Cherry Eau de Vie is a classic brandy style — delicate cherry aromatics, a touch of herbal character, and a clean finish with real bite at 84 proof. It's made from concentrated cherry infusion syrup sourced from Michigan orchards, fermented and distilled entirely at the distillery.

Our annual agave spirit release returns, this time landing just ahead of Cinco de Mayo. Agave Nocturno is an American agave spirit with character — we macerate fresh nopales (prickly pear cactus pads), smoked paprika, dried ancho chile, and lapsang souchong tea in the base spirit for 14 days before bottling at 90 proof. The result is smoky, earthy, and a little unpredictable in the best way.

Our Mojito Milk Punch is the summer release you didn't know you needed — a clarified cocktail that looks like water and drinks like sunshine. Rum, fresh lime juice, and mint are combined and poured over milk, which curdles and then gets filtered out, stripping the color while leaving behind a silky, clear spirit with clean citrus, mint, and a rounded sweetness. It's the same cocktail we pour in our tasting room, now available to take home.

It tastes exactly like it sounds, and it works better than you'd expect. Our Graham Cracker Vodka is crafted byinfusing our vodka directly with graham crackers, then clarifying with agar agar to produce a clean, bright spiritthat carries all the warm, honeyed, slightly sweet character of the original without the murk. It's the base for ourWhite Rabbit cocktail and a genuinely fun sipper in its own right.

This is the one we've been working toward since we started. Our 10-Year Single Barrel Bourbon is Michigan straight bourbon whiskey aged a full decade in our Rockford rick house — a 70/15/15 corn, rye, and barley mash, entered into #3 char barrels at 125 proof and left alone until now. One barrel. One chance. Bottled at 100proof (50% ABV).

Ten years is a long time to wait. We think it was worth it.

Our highest-proof spirit ever released. The 10-Year Cask Strength Rye started as an 86/14 rye and barley mash, entered at 125 proof into #3 char barrels in 2016. A decade later, concentration has pushed it well past 150 proof— we're bottling it exactly as it came out of the barrel, uncut and unfiltered. This is a collector's release in every sense: the oldest rye we've ever made, the most limited quantity, and the most intense pour we've produced.
