Our annual agave spirit release returns, this time landing just ahead of Cinco de Mayo. Agave Nocturno is an American agave spirit with character — we macerate fresh nopales (prickly pear cactus pads), smoked paprika, dried ancho chile, and lapsang souchong tea in the base spirit for 14 days before bottling at 90 proof. The result is smoky, earthy, and a little unpredictable in the best way.

Join us for the release during regular tasting room hours. Our bar team will be pouring Agave Nocturno inclassic cocktails and specials, with food pairings to match. Bottles available for purchase on-site.
