Our 10-Year Single Barrel Bourbon is Michigan straight bourbon whiskey aged a full decade in our Rockford rick house — a 70/15/15 corn, rye, and barley mash, entered into #3 char barrels at 125 proof and left alone until now. One barrel. One chance. Bottled at 100proof (50% ABV).

Ten years is a long time to wait. We think it was worth it.
