Ten years ago on March 17, 2016, we opened the doors to our first cocktail bar. What started as a small craft distillery with big ideas has grown into something we're genuinely proud of — and we want to celebrate that with the people who've been part of it.
Join us for a five-course dinner with a cocktail paired to every course, hosted in our restaurant at the distillery. The menu was built around our spirits and the seasons — expect a grilled scallop with a butter-washed gin martini, a Denver steak paired with a vermouth-finished bourbon Manhattan, and a banana panna cotta to close the night with a farro-infused rye.
We're also opening something special. This winter we emptied our oldest barrel of bourbon — laid down a decade ago and the first bourbon we ever made. After ten years in oak we got fourteen bottles. We're not selling them. Instead, we're pouring a taste for every guest at dinner, because that's the right way to share something like this.
Dinner begins at 6.
