Our Bottled in Bond Bourbon returns. We distilled this whiskey in October 2019, let it rest six years then emptied four barrels in April 2026 — we saved 220 bottles to sell at the distillery, 100 up for pre-order online.

Bonded is the oldest quality standard in American whiskey: one distillery, one distilling season, a minimum of four years in a federally bonded warehouse and exactly 100 proof. The law asks for four years. We gave it six.

Tasting notes: Black pepper and warm spice up front, easing into fresh herbs and a cooling menthol edge. A toasted-grain backbone meets six years of oak, with vanilla drifting in just before the finish.
